Imagine investing in a high-quality water softener or a filtration system for clean drinking water. You expect it to work reliably and last long enough to be a cost-effective purchase that leaves you satisfied.
Some customers prefer to maintain their home investment with regular servicing, while others expect it to function without much attention. We follow manufacturers’ recommendations and promote their advice as the best policy. This means some softeners only need an annual health check, while others require a service every three years.
A warranty might stipulate regular servicing. We understand that too many “regular services” can undermine the goal of saving money at home. In some cases, skipping an annual service can result in savings greater than the cost of a replacement by the time service is needed.
When you purchase equipment from us, we will inform you of the manufacturer’s policy before you decide. If you bought your equipment elsewhere, we are still happy to provide advice.
